30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the durability and performance of our turf protection products. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your purchase.

Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return and full refund:
• Turf protection meshes, ground stabilization grids, and outdoor lawn accessories must be unused, uninstalled, unrolled (or neatly re-rolled), free of dirt, mud, or debris, and in their original packaging with all included stakes/pegs and hardware.
• Items that have been cut, altered, staked into dirt, or damaged during improper installation are not eligible for return.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all return requests.
• Manufacturing defects, torn mesh upon arrival, or incorrect items shipped are eligible for a 100% full refund or immediate free replacement.

Non-Returnable Items
• Used, dirt-soiled, installed, or custom-cut turf protection meshes and mats.
• Items missing essential accessories, stakes, or ground pins through customer misuse.
• Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.

Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We offer free returns on all eligible items. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and zero restocking fees will be deducted from your approved refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email support@turfarmoroffers.shop with your original order number, reason for return, and photos of the unused item in its original condition.
2. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid printable return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the unused turf armor products securely in their original packaging, ensuring all stakes and accessories are included.
4. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Houston facility, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different mesh thickness, grid size, or roll dimension for your project, please return your unused original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items Upon Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, torn, or crushed during transport, please contact support@turfarmoroffers.shop within 7 days of receipt with photos demonstrating the damage. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement unit immediately at no extra cost.
