Refund policy

We happily accept returns for items in their original condition—unused, unworn, and unaltered—with tags attached for a refund, store credit, or a one-time exchange. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

All mouthguards are final sale for hygiene and clearance reasons.

Please don't discard your NXTRND packaging. If you need to make a return, we ask that you use the NXTRND packaging your item arrived in to help protect your item during transit.

Refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned package. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. A $5 return processing fee will be applied if a refund is selected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that all international orders outside the USA are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Are there any steps to take before returning my order?
We recommend to always receive a receipt when dropping off your return. We do not recommend placing your return in a dropbox. If your return is lost and you have no proof of the return being sent out, we are unable to process your return.

What is your returns processing fee?
The returns processing fee helps cover part of the cost of the shipping label we provide for returning your order to our receiving team.

This fee applies only if a refund is selected during the return process.

What if there’s an issue with my order (faulty, incorrect, or damaged)?
If your order arrives faulty, incorrect, or there is any issue with it, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We’re happy to help, but if more than 14 days have passed, we will not be able to offer support or a resolution.

If I return an order that had a discount code applied, will the discount code be available again for a new purchase?
Our discount codes are for one time use and are unable to be reloaded if you return your order.
